This privacy policy describes how Sugar Rush Super Scatter Guide handles personal information from visitors. We are an editorial site with affiliate links to third-party casinos. We do not operate as a casino, payment processor, or registration intermediary.

What we collect
We collect minimal information from visitors:
Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, page requested, referring page, timestamp. These logs are retained for 30 days for security analysis and traffic measurement, then deleted.
Cookies: see cookie policy for the full list. We use one analytics cookie to count visits and one preference cookie if you change site settings. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Affiliate referral parameters: when you click a “Play Now” or similar affiliate link, your browser is redirected to the casino with a tracking parameter. The casino sees this parameter and credits us if you sign up. We do not see your registration details, deposit amounts, or any other casino account information.
Email contact: if you email us through the contact address, we retain your email and message until your inquiry is resolved, then delete after 90 days.
We do not collect:
- Names, addresses, phone numbers, government IDs
- Financial account information of any kind
- Behavioral profiles for advertising
- Cross-site tracking data
How we use information
Server logs are used for:

Third-party services
Our site embeds resources from:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com): provides the Outfit and Nunito typefaces. Google may collect IP addresses when fonts load. We use a privacy-respecting CSS loading approach but cannot eliminate this entirely.
- Cloudflare (CDN): our site is served through Cloudflare’s network for security and performance. Cloudflare logs basic request data per their privacy policy.
- 1Win Casino (affiliate target): when you click an affiliate link, your browser visits 1Win directly. We have no control over 1Win’s data collection. See their privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking services.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA:
- Right to access: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us via the email below.
- Right to deletion: request that we delete your personal data. Server logs are auto-deleted in 30 days; we will manually delete contact emails on request.
- Right to object: opt out of any data processing. Practically, this means declining cookies (which is already your choice in our cookie banner).
- Right to data portability: not applicable to our data set since we don’t maintain user accounts.

Children
This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact email, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Data security
We protect server logs and emails through:
- HTTPS encryption for all site traffic
- Server-side firewall rules
- Cloudflare’s standard security protections (DDoS, bot mitigation)
- Limited access to server logs (single administrator)
We cannot guarantee absolute security. No internet system is fully protected against determined attacks.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
If you continue using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy. If you disagree with changes, stop using the site.
